WHAT TIME IS THE MATCH ?
Match kick-off set to 25 March at 19h45. Game venue will be Benfica Stadium.
WHERE CAN I COLLECT THE THCKETS BOUGHTIN FPF TICKETING WEBSITE?
In the act of online purchase, an email containing a voucher was sent to the customer.
That voucher will have to be printed and exchanged by a ticket, from 24 March between 10:00 and 18:00 to 25 March between 10:00 and 20:30, at the ticket colletion point in Benfica stadium.
Each voucher will only be exchanged by tickets, in the act of presenting same the ID card/passport of the buyer that made the purchase.
I CAN'T GO TO COLLECT MY TICKETS. CAN I ASK SOMEONE TO COLLECT THEM ON MY BEHALF?
Yes. a person representing the owner/buyer of the tickets can as long as it brings with him (mandatory):
- The original of hisID Card or Passport
- Copy of tickets purchaser’s ID Card or Passport
- Email / Voucher sent upon the purchase

AT THE POINT OF SALE I WAS INFORMED I AM NOT ENTITLED TO BUY MORE THAN 4 TICKETS
In accordance with the terms and conditions and rules of sale, the limit of individual tickets per person is 4. The first purchase made is considered. The amount paid beyond the purchase of 4 tickets shall be returned to you.
In case of purchasing "Family Pack" the limit is to buy up to 2 packs.
MAY I CHOOSE THE SECTOR AND PLACE IN THE STADIUM?
In accordance with the terms and conditions and rules of sale, it is only possible to choose the tickets’ category upon the purchase, and the allocation of tickets shall be made on a first come first served basis at the moment the tickets are picked up, subject to availability.
I NEED TO EXCHANGE MY TICKETS FOR TICKETS IN ANOTHER ZONE
Tickets cannot be exchanged.
ARE THERE STILL TICKETS RESERVED FOR DISABLED CITIZENS?
There are tickets reserved for disabled citizens under the provisions and in the quantities regulated by the legislation in force.

MAY CHILDREN FREELY ENTER THE STADIUM?
Children bellow the age of 6 are not allowed in the stadium, if the children are ticket holders between 3 and 6 years old and are with their father or mother, they should present a signed term of responsability.

MAY I USE PHOTOGRAPHIC OR RECORDING EQUIPMENT DURING THE MATCH?
The use of professional photographic or recording equipment is strictly forbidden. Only the use of compact, small equipment, without interchangeability of lenses and with a zoom of up to 150mm shall be allowed.
MAY I BRING FOOOD AND DRINKS INTO THE STADIUM?
For reasons of security and Stadium operator’s commercial protection, it is strictly forbidden to take food and drinks to the Stadium. There are food & beverage services in the vicinity and inside the Stadium.
