Portugal Football School faz o lançamento oficial da primeira formação executiva para líderes e dirigentes desportivos, a decorrer, na Cidade do Futebol, entre janeiro e novembro de 2018.
A Federação Portuguesa de Futebol, através da Portugal Football School, criou a primeira formação executiva dirigida a CEO’s, gestores e dirigentes das mais proeminentes federações e clubes nacionais e internacionais de futebol.
A formação, que irá decorrer entre janeiro e novembro de 2018, trará a Portugal algumas das figuras mais proeminentes do dirigismo desportivo e do mundo académico, das áreas de governança, liderança positiva, direito e finanças, inovação e empreendedorismo, digital media, branding e marketing, ciência e medicina do futebol.
O conteúdo programático foi elaborado pela Portugal Football School em parceria com a Nova School of Business and Economics, o Centre de Droit et d’Économie du Sport e a Loughborough London University.
A Portugal Football School, criada em março de 2017, faz parte da unidade de investigação e desenvolvimento da Federação Portuguesa de Futebol e tem como atividade central e dinamizadora a investigação em Futebol, Futsal e Futebol de Praia, sempre em estreita ligação com a oferta formativa que se pretende desenvolver e com as atividades de intervenção comunitária e de apoio às políticas públicas a implementar.
De forma a concretizar estes objetivos, diversos programas e projetos de investigação, educação e formação têm vindo a ser desenvolvidos junto dos agentes desportivos com responsabilidade na promoção do Futebol em Portugal (treinadores, árbitros, dirigentes, jogadores, médicos, enfermeiros e fisioterapeutas).

Portugal Football School launches first Executive Course for Leaders
Football Management Course for Executive Leaders
The Portuguese Football Federation, through Portugal Football School, presents the first executive management course aimed to CEO’s, managers and officials from the most prominent national and international associations and football clubs.
The course will be held from January to November 2018 and it will bring to Portugal some of the most emblematic figures of sports leadership and international science to present the newest findings in various areas of study, such as governance, leadership, law and finance, innovation and entrepreneurship, digital media, branding and marketing, science and medicine will be lectured.
Football Management Course for Executive Leaders was developed by PFS in partnership with some of the most prestigious world educational and research institutions – Nova School of Business and Economics (Portugal), Centre de Droit et d´Economie du Sport (France) and Loughborough University London’s Institute Sport Business (England).
The Portugal Football School (PFS), launched in March 2017, is part of the research and development unit of PFF and its main activities are research in Football, Futsal and Beach Soccer, as well as the education and training of the stakeholders with responsibility in the development and promotion of Football.
Thus, to achieve these purposes, several scientific research projects and educational and training programs have been carried out, focusing on the different areas related to the universe of this sport (coaches, referees, managers, players, physicians, nurses and physiotherapists).
